The Strong Bond Fast Cure Epoxy Durable Outdoor Glue Road Stud Adhesive is designed for reliable and long-lasting bonding of road studs on outdoor surfaces. This two-component epoxy should be mixed at a 1:1 weight ratio and used within 25 minutes, beginning to solidify in 30–60 minutes and fully curing in about 6–10 hours at 25°C. Proper mixing and surface preparation ensure optimal adhesion, while the cured epoxy provides strong performance under traffic conditions. It is suitable for highways, urban streets, parking lots, and other outdoor areas where secure and durable road stud installation is required.

Road Stud Adhesive Instructions

Mix the two components at a 1:1 ratio by weight.
After mixing, the adhesive should be used within 25 minutes.
It will begin to solidify 30–60 minutes after mixing and will fully cure in about 6–10 hours at 25°C.

Do not touch the A/B glue directly, as it may cause mild skin irritation.
When using the AB adhesive, ensure that Component A ≥ Component B and mix thoroughly.
Incomplete mixing may lead to improper curing (slow drying or non-drying), which will reduce the bonding strength.

If the surface of the road stud is too smooth, please polish it to improve adhesion.
Do not apply any load before the adhesive is fully cured.

Road Stud Adhesive Application Steps

Prepare the surface: Keep road stud surfaces dry and clean. The surface should be free of sand, dust, and other small particles.
Mix the adhesive: Mix Component A and Component B in a 1:1 ratio by weight until fully blended.
Apply the adhesive: Apply an appropriate amount of the mixed adhesive to the road stud.
Set the road stud: Gently press the road stud in place until a small amount of adhesive seeps out from the edges.
