Installation Instructions

 

• Please install the aviation obstruction light horizontally on a plane with sufficient strength. Custom mounting brackets are available based on specific requirements.
• Before wiring, ensure that the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the aviation obstruction light
• Correctly connect the live wire (L), neutral wire (N), and ground wire (E/G/PE) according to the labels on the cables.
• After wiring, verify all connections are correct before powering on.
• It is recommended to use a 3-core waterproof cable with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 mm² for connections between the aviation obstruction light and the power supply device.

Wiring Configuration

• Aviation obstruction light will experience a temperature rise during operation, which is normal.
• Components of medium-intensity aviation obstruction lights, such as the lens and housing, are made of PC (polycarbonate) material. They must not come into direct or indirect contact with industrial alcohol, thinner, isopropanol, carbon tetrachloride, cyclohexanone, or other organic solvents, as these may cause corrosion and cracking.
• Do not open any part of the light during operation to avoid potential hazards.
• Aviation obstruction light are sealed units. Unauthorized disassembly by non-professional personnel is strictly prohibited. Any tampering will void the manufacturer's warranty and maintenance support.
• Avoid looking directly at the aviation obstruction light horizontally while it is operating to prevent eye damage.
