The aluminum shell of the LS-68 solar road stud undergoes a corrosion-resistant process, enabling its installation and use in coastal cities.

Compared with LS-68, we have improved the design of the "illuminant magnifying glass" for this LS-68A, which has a wider lighting range and complies with relevant standards.

Replaceable interior design

Design that can replace internal parts, Can replace specific parts, rather than buying an entirely new product saving money over time. (The internal components are our LS-08A solar road studs, which are also embedded.)

Enlarged illuminant design

The inner shell, crafted from high-strength polycarbonate infused with waterproof material, features a built-in solar panel, and LED components. Encased within an aluminum die-cast shell, the inner shell is fully surrounded, with drainage holes located at the bottom. This meticulous design guarantees outstanding pressure resistance and waterproof performance.

Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure that the work zone safety equipment is laid out properly.

1.Confirm the installation position, ensuring the road surface is flat, then clean and dry it thoroughly.
2.It is recommended to use a 150mm drill bit. After drilling the hole, remove all debris and ensure the bottom is flat.
3.Wait until the hole is dry, then spread epoxy glue throughout and insert the solar road marker.
4.Ensure the LED faces the direction of traffic. Press the road studs firmly into the holes and fix the outer aluminum shell onto the road surface.
5.Verify that all solar road studs are installed in the correct position, direction, and level on the road surface. 
6.After confirming there are no errors and the epoxy resin has thoroughly dried, clean your equipment.
